Do Carpenter ants have a natural predator?

According to the sites I looked at, Carpenter ants ARE the predators but lack anything that finds them worth hunting for.
I found one really interesting approach to getting rid of Carpenter ants on this site:

I've never tried it, so I can't speak for the results, but it is pretty appealing since it's nontoxic to people and other animals.
