I went to the Adminstrative building where you get Drivers License, Marriage license, etc... Go to the mapping office with the address or location and they can pull that up for you with the persons' name who owns it. Hope this helps:)
Ask the neighbors, the county court house, the recorders office, the collector will know who pays the taxes, probably the owner, might be his agent. The Polk Directory if its in a city. The water dept. The water meter is in some one name.
If the land is registered then the local Land Registry. However, a lot of land remains unregistered and in this instance all you can do is ask around the area.
Do a search for that County Tax office. Go to their website & look for the Tax Roll. Most have searches where you can look by owner or address or... If you search by the address - it'll pull up all info about that property - including the current owner!
Good Luck!!
Look up the county you live in appraisal district and type in the address. it will give you there name and mailing address..
most court houses have land/tax assessor's office, you should be able to cross chech the address to the owner there. usually they charge a small fee
