Is field bindweed poisonous?

Question:convolvulus arvensis

Answers:
Field Bindweed is considered poisonous but it is considered as a low risk poison. Wild morning-glory is commonly found growing in fields and waste places throughout North America. It has poisonous seeds. Eating fifty or more seeds induces an effect similar to that of marijuana. Eating quantities of the seeds causes nausea, digestive upset, hallucinations, blurred vision, mental confusion, lack of coordination, stupor, and coma.
