Actually the very best, fastest way to get rid of them is to call a professional exterminator. You can try the different roach baits and stuff but if you have very many you will be time and money ahead to just go ahead and call an exterminator. If you want to try it on your own, I've heard that self-rising flour will either repel them or kill them, I'm not sure which. Also, get a can of Raid or something like it and spray it directly on a roach whenever you see one.
