I assume you are not living in the Far East and therefore cannot easily get hold of such items. I doubt if any retailer will stock them as they are not in great demand. I suggest you look for plastic 'hula-hoops' and adapt them for the purpose, i.e. if hanging mosquito nets is what you intend to do with them.
I don't know where to buy them, but I have three of them, if you want them, just e-mail me and I will send them to you.
You could also use hoops sold for needlepoint.
