Patch Perfect?

I just ended up dealing with the Better Business Bureau of Wallingford, CT. concerning this product and company. When I was 9 there was an ad that made the national news; it guaranteed to kill cockroaches for the small fee of $5.00. When you received the product you found it to be two pieces of wood, you placed the bug on one and hit it with the other piece. I mention this because I believe what I found at Patchperfect rivals if not betters it for sneakiness and possible dishonesty.

The product is sold as buy one and get one free. You only receive one item. When questioned the company claims they doubled the order and put it in one container. No, where in the ad, their sales people knowledge or on the original containers is size mentioned. I asked how I knew I was getting the free material and was told “because they said so”.

It was suppose to cover 100 sq. ft. and I am a reasonable intelligent person and an excellent gardener but yet could barely stretch it to cover24 sq. ft. When I told Patchperfect they told me I did not apply it correctly. I took a picture and sent it to them clearly showing that it barely made an appearance that it did not cover anything like what was show in their ads. Their answer then was simply to return it for a refund less S&H. The product might be great but it would cost you a fortune to use it. Good luck!
