How do you get rid of worms that get into my tomatoes with out using chemicals?

go out at night with a black light!! they will glow in the dark then, pick them!! other wise use sevin dust,, they will it an entire plant in just a few days!! how to tell if you have them?? they leave droppings that look like little hand-grenades!! they are very hard to see even large ones!! birds will not eat them because they taste bitter from the plants they eat...
Soapy water - any kindof soap - but we use dish liquid
if they r tomato worms... u have to pick them off & squish them..
i hate them & they can get very very big. I've not found anything except dust from the nursery.
I jst caught a little one so b on the look out b/c they can really go at it.
