Where can I get a heated toilet seat with a water jet/spray 'cleaning' facility like they have in Japan?

I have seen them at our Local Lowe's hardware store. If you don't have access to Lowe's I am sure that Home Depot or some similar competitor could order one for you. That cleaning facility is called a bidet "Bid - ay"
Firstly ,try any good plumbing merchants, that's their business! You can get anything if you ask the right people...I was fitting these in care homes 25 years ago, so they are not new, but are expensive..
Well, I've seen them at the Great Indoors stores, but you have to buy the entire toilet due to the mechanics involved with the jet spray.
