Callistemon Bottlebrush Evergreen Plant?

Question:Hi I have just bought a 3ft Callistemon Bottlebrush Evergreen Plant, it has been delivered and is still quite young, all the stem and leaves are tied up. It looks like the plant sprouts up and sprays out. Do I untie all of the branches or leave it tied up.

What is it tied up with? If it is garden ties or similar I would suggest it needs to stay like that for shape - if its net or twine or similar it would just have been tied up for delivery! In which case let it free!! Its difficult to say without seeing it and your best bet really would be to phone the supplier and ask!!
