I am living in Malta(EU) in a flat and I got an electric/water bill of LM950.00 for 9 month is that normal?


Question:Is that normal to pay about 110 LM every month in an apartment with 2 bedrooms and regular using of appliances?Thanks

I think that it's time for you to take charge of your expenses, 'cause my sister who lives there never got an high bill like that... Lm55 maximum, but not that expensive...
