Anyone here love the smell of freshly cut lawn?

Question:I do, especially in the cool summer. I live in Australia by the way. And is it weird to collect some mowed lawn and put it in a room, for say, the nice smell?

Answers:
I agree, and I live in Western New York. There is something about the smell of freshly cut grass, especially in the morning when there is dew, and the sweet smell of that evaporating is excelent.

yes
I dont think thats weird... you like what you liike
It isn't weird, it's just like air freshener. I love the smell of it too!
OMG! I love the smell of a freshly cut lawn!! I think that if u put it in a jar, like next 2 ur bed, it would smell awesome. And if u have a zipper pillow u could stuff the pillow with the grass. Hope this helped!
I too love the smell. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to grass. But I found a perfume oil company that sells an essential oil that is a dead ringer and I have no adverse reaction to it. The store is local, but they have a mail order # from the US. This might be easier and last longer than the real thing.

From their store site:
"We feature a full line of essential oils, aromatherapy and astrological oils!
All of our bath products can be scented FREE of charge with select perfumes."
Mail order: 1(800)900-2766

You probably have a similar store in Australia, too.
