My son(9yrs)would like to know two things.?

Question:why are town/village water towers so high above ground and where do sesame seeds come from? i know, two totally different catagories but i'm hoping someone knows the answer to both cause, believe it or not, i don't. thanks.

Answers:
Water towers are so high off of the ground to allow for gravity to aid in water delivery in the case of a power outage. When you have it that high up, the gravity creates pressure in the water lines, so that the water keeps moving.

Sesame seeds come from sesame plants.
