sellotape.
You can get the old time wax and seal. They sell them at Barnes and Noble. You met the wax to a pool on the envelope, then press the metal seal into the wax until it is almost dry. Once it dries, it seals the letter shut.
sealing wax worked for centuries
water or tape, or both if you want to make sure the job's done!
you cold buy the kind that have the little paper you pull off to make it sticky..or you could just use a sponge
They make a device just for this...Office Max carries it...plastic tube you fill w/ water w/ a sponge at the end...or just get yourself some wet paper towel and do the same..
yes.staples.....Im assuming you are counting tape as a form of glue.
self adhesive envelopes
yes, you could use tape or there are some envelopes that you can just peal a seal off and there is the adhesive.
scotch tape!
or packing tape
All these will look tacky:
duct tape
masking tape
painter's tape
staples
stickers
but will work.
Sealing wax. Sticky tape. Staples.
Just buy envelopes that already have the glued edges. You just press them to seal them. It's that easy.
sometimes i just tuck the flap thing inside the envelope
it's not SEALED but it's closed
usually when im going to give it to someone soon and not sending it in the mail
Use a damp sponge.
they have special envelopes where u just peel and it sticks y don't u buy that? try going 2 walmart or kmart or the post office.
Tape, or you could dampen it with a damp paper towel or spunge
Tape, self sealing envelopes, having someone else do it for you...
Use a small piece of sponge and wet it . That always works!
egg yolk , and use a paint brush or small sponge
yes all u gotta do is fold ue flap in it will look professional
Well there are envelopes that come with adhesive. When you are ready to use them you peel off the peice of wax paper on them. Then it is neat looking and you don't have to lick or apply glue.
Try a wax seal. Effective yet elegant.
ewww... I hate licking envelopes. If I have alot to do, I just get the end of a small towel wet and use that.
They make pre-gummed envelopes the same as pre-gummed stamps. Before there were pre-gummed stamps, Post Offices used to keep little jars of water with sponges in them for moistening stamps. My mother called them "Ready-licked tongues". So try a ready-licked tongue.
