Would you rather live in a nice place in a bad area or a hovel in a good area?
Question:
Answers:
location, location, location. Bad areas are still bad, no matter how nice your place is. Good areas are always good, no matter how bad your place is.
I do live in a hovel in a good area!
I have a rather grotty basement flat for which I am paying a small fortune. But it is in Clifton village, surrounded by beautiful historic buildings, lots of green space and what John Betjemen described as the 'finest suburb in England'!
good area everytime, u can always fix house up
in bad aera u stck there
Good area. You can always remodel the place if it's not in good shape.
Good area. My hovel will have a better price value than the nice place and I wouldn't have to worry about getting robbed
Always chose location. No one can be happy isolated in a palace that no one wants to visit because it is too far away or too dangerous.
I live in a small crumbling house 15 minutes from the beach in orange county. I would not trade it in for a palace anywhere else.
Your home is also your community.
Good area instead of good house. In a bad area the good hoouse would be an open invitation for vandalism and theft.
i would want a safe area but I don't need to get a bad place. There would never really be a time in my life when i would need to make a decision like that. so i can only half answere this question
I'd stick with the good area---but how bad is the hovel??
Hovel in a good place - I can always improve my home but not the surrounding environment
Good area every time.
If people gave a damn in the first place then there wouldn't be bad area's. This is a pet peeve of mine. I see hundreds of beautiful historic homes being demolished and vandalized all the time in Detroit. I'd kill for one of the city's Victorians but unfortunately...
Do you find nice places in bad areas, or bad places in good areas? The condition of a premises normally depends on the people living there, if you follow my meaning.
From my experience, it would be better to take the hovel in a good area, rather than a nice place in a bad area.
It's always better to pay for the postcode rather than the home, if you get the idea!
