If doors are level they shouldn't. Has the frame shifted at all?
Use a door stop. I've seen really cute ones but even an old brick will work.
Is you house on piers? If so, then it's probably not level and perhaps you could get some estimates on how much it would be to re-level it.
If your house is on a concrete slab, then you might have a cracked slab. This is NOT good news.
The doors closing by themselves might not be your biggest problem.
The way that our old house was set up, when the AC turned on, the doors would close by themselves. Scared me half to death.
Really, the foundation was off. The doors shifted a few months later, closed differently, and no longer shut with the AC turning on.
A cheap fix would be door stops. An expensive fix would be to have your foundation checked.

Get an estimate from a *Reputable* Foundation co. in your area.
It should be free and they will check with bubble and water levels to show you if an Where your house is leaning and ask them Why.
Try running a soaker hose around the perimeter of your house about a foot to a foot and a half away from the foundation for several days. Esp if you have shrubs and/or trees close to the foundation.
If they don`t get much water their roots will suck all the moisture from under the foundation and the house will sink.
Turn the water up Just enough to see the water "bleed" from the holes in the hose to the ground. When it starts to puddle, move it to another area or turn the water off and let it soak in good.
You Should see an improvement within a few days. If not, Get the Estimate.
If left like it is, it could cause some BIG money damage.
Do you have large trees in your yards? Big roots pushing up your driveway/sidewalks? They`ll do the same thing to your house.
