Whats rong with my lawnmower?
Question:when starting my petrol mower why is it very dificult to pull the starting chord,then when i manage to do it,it stops riping from my hand injuring it?
Answers:
Compression lock.
Remove spark plug, pull a few times then, replace plug.
There are many reasons for this to be happening. Here may be a few.
1) You tipped the mower over and the oil spilt into piston chamber and muffler.
2)Fuel is constantly leaking into the piston chamber.
There are a few more but these are generally the main ones.
Just remove plug to get a better idea of what is happening.
Check under the deck and clean then check for a flywheel brake and adjust it should cause no more problems. Good Luck.
may be pulling wheel and chord are rusted in side
maybe there is too much grass in the machine
A LOT OF NEW MOWER WILL HAVE A KICK BACK AND WHAT IT IS THE TIMEING IS A LITTLE OFF JUST A HARE AND THAT WHAT COUES YOUR LAWN MOWER TO KICK BACK.. AND IT HARTS
