$25-$50 per square foot is ball-park.
Depends on the quality, the detail, the costs in your area, and what all you are having done. I'm assuming you want some stuff in there like bathroom, wet bar, etc.
Some lowball estimates don't include extras, some estimates include everything.just make sure you know what is going into your estimate.
I spent about 70 on my 2,000 sq foot basement, it has wet bar, movie theater, guest bath, and custom cabinets. But the estimate was 40. Of course, that didn't include the extras.

About the only reason I would suggest their system is that I've seen the requirements to be a licensed installer, and they are tough. So if someone is installing that system, there's a good chance they know what they are doing. Get references from everyone and actually call the references.
