What are these little beetle looking bugs under the baseboards in my kitchen?

Question:they are small and are brown/black. Are they
carpet beetles or wood beetles?

what ever they are they are there because of aval. moisture. Look for water leaks under sink first. take some of the bugs to the county health dept and they can tell you what they are. Then if they have a good non-toxic solution, go with it.
