Why is the temperature in my house colder than the outside temperature?


Question:This usually happens in the Spring and Fall when the temps outside are cool in the morning and evening, but warm in the middle of the day. The temp in the house remains uncomfortably cool, even when it's warm outside! Why is this?

Are you under the shade of a tree?
