What would you save from fire?
Question:If you could only save 1 object (not a person or pet) from your house during a fire, what would it be and why?
Answers:
nothing, because then i could get everything brand new. i have all my files/music/pictures backed up on disk and safely stored in a fire/heatproof vault.so, nothing of sentimental value to really give a rat's a** about. let it all burn. then I'd toast marshmallows over the coals.
my laptop... it's got everything, even all the sentimental stuff.
Probably my box of pictures, because their not only memories but fun to look through.
Nothing I have a massive phobia of fire, so I would just get the hell out!
My mobile phone ...so I could phone the fire brigade straight away and hopefully save lots more of my stuff! lol
the object is the point to why you have to take it with you! i would take the angel off so it could be there aswell!
hope that helps
My Lockbox, because it would be too expensive to replace that stuff.
Photos, therefore laptop as long as it had been updated with all photos important to me.
my hard drive.. i dont even want to contemplate its loss.
My bassoon. It's the only instrument that isn't fully covered on insurance due to cost.
Prevention is better then cure. I would try and not have one in the first place. But if the unthinkable happened I would think it would have to be my computer and laptop. Yes I do have one of each. My life wouldn't be the same without them.
A signed marquetry caracature of Alex James (he played for Arsenal) that my dad made and got autographed in 1937, the only material thing in the world that means anything at all to me wonderwoman :-)
photographs definately, you can never get these memories back, especially your kids and loved ones who've died
