Question:Im am looking at buying my first property and was wondering what areas are nice if you have a small budget. I live in Cardiff and am willing to move as far out as Caerphilly. Can someone please help with some nice areas within Cardiff & Caerphilly?

I don't know Wales so am afraid I can't help with the area but, when you find an area you're interested in, there's a really good website for searching properties - www.rightmove.co.uk - you can enter all your search criteria and matching properties are displayed on the computer. Good luck.
