What does it mean when some of my Koi carp start jumping out of the water?

Question:I don't think it's lack of Oxygen as I have a pump connected to a waterfall, plus plenty of Oxygenating plants. Any ideas?

Answers:
Mine get very playful in the breeding season, and roll and flip out of the water. Just wait till next year when you find your fish population has doubled or more

Theyre having fun
maybe they're born again dolphins...
You must make sure the water is clean and check the ammonia (NO3), phosphorus (PO4) concentrate, pH, total hardness
It is very rarely an activity due to enjoyment and happiness but more often an indication of irritation.

Check the quality of the water and look for signs of any parasitic infection on the fish
carp love to eat flies they could be jumping for them
your jokes are that bad !!
