How do you get rid of little black ants that don't eat food?

Question:I have tried Terro and sprayed outside. They are in the kitchen and bathroom. YUCK

Answers:
Put small piles of cornmeal where you see ants. They eat it, take it "home," & can't digest it so it kills them. It may take a week or so, esp. if it rains, but it works & you don't have the worry about pets or small children being harmed!

Answer above is a good one - cornmeal is the 'green' way to do it, diazinon is the not so 'green' way!
I have heard that bay leaves work as well. Also, cayanne sprinkled around openings of the home helps.
You want to go with Combat with the active ingredient of Fipronil. The way it works is when they bump into each other they pass on the killing chemical and also take it back to the nest! I would suggest a gel formulation, they LOVE it more than in a bait station. It should take care of your problem in-between a week or two. DON'T spray anything on them when using it!
Kris Rose is right! .. "Fipronil" is a leading ingredient in insecticides used by professional exterminators and turf managers today. It kills a variety of insect pests, especially ants.
