How to get rid of the black crawlies off rose.s?
Question:ive tried the soapy water,is there any other cheap way to kill them off thanks/?

Sounds like black aphids or maybe black spider mites. Insecticidal soaps should work to control these pests, just follow the directions on the container. Insecticidal soap bought at your local home and garden store will work better than dish soap. Also try a strong jet of water to knock them off of the plants, it will be nearly impossible for them to climb back up the plants. Hope this helps.
Go the hardware, gardening store, or farmers co-op. Ask for Sevin Dust. It works wonders and is inexpensive.
