I have paid a deposit for an awning and I now do not want it can I get my money back?

Question:

Answers:
depends on...
1) Did it get wet with the rain
2) do you have a receipt
3) did you erect it
i am just guessing but i suppose if its still in wrapping it would be fine.
it comes under statutory rights.
good luck

depends on the contract you signed, if it says deposits non refundable then your out of luck. call the company and ask
You need to ask the people who you gave the deposit to, they could have a non refundable deposit thing- they have to tell you about it though or have it on the paper work you sign.
Doubtful. I am guessing that the order form has a non-refundable deposit clause in it. If it is a custom job, it is almost certain.
