What do I do when my Weed and Feed gets wet in the spreader? Is it ever usable again?

At least your spreader will be weed free
I would think so - I would lay some newspaper or a large piece of plastic out on a flat area and dump the weed and fee on it. Let it sun for a while. You might need to break up any clumps. Do this on a sunny day and protect from any further moisture
