Trash collection, insect control, pet fee deposit if you have one. It really depends on the building. Do some research. Rent.com lists places and gives what costs are covered by the rent payment each month and what you'll need to set aside.
um do you want to eat? Food do you want to go anywhere? Transportation. Well if all you want is to know Apt. related expenses than food trans do not count. Also most Apts have water included in the rent so that doesn't count. Internet is a luxury so it is not really counted but other than that I think you got it.
food, toiletries, paper products, light bulbs, laundry items, You can bundle your phone, cable, and internet and save money.
Besides food and transportation you'll need personal and cleaning items like soap, shampoo, detergent for laundry (and quarters if the apartment doesn't come with a washer and dryer), etc.

Your question is vague. Are you renting? If so, who pays for garbage, water, sewer, Cable TV, renter insurance (most people do with out this). Most times, garbage, water, sewer are paid, but do not assume. It should be spelled out. Oh, and don't forget the security deposit, and what part do they keep, and what do you get back in the end. One more, is there an application fee, normally $25-$100, non-refundable even if you don't get approved to rent there.
