Dumped grass?
Question:This is sort of lame, but my next door neighbor recently blocked our whole road paving his drive way so it could fit 2 more cars, and then, after all that, dumped all the grass from the construction into the road, wheelbarrow included. What is proper etiquette here, because honestly, it's the biggest eyesore I've ever seen and the plant matter is starting to rot.
Answers:
i really don't get it
Make a discreet call to the county to see if they`ll pick it up, & if they won`t , maybe they`ll ask him to clean it up.
Well, it really depends on how long it's been sitting there. If it's been a while, the proper etiquette would be to remove it, dump it or whatever.
I would definately make some calls & ask if there is any way to get this removed, either at his expense or the cities. Be sure to let them know how long it's been there, and also advise them if it's blocking traffic in any way.
This really shouldn't be hard to resolve. Just make a few phone calls to see what should happen in a situation like this. I do understand where you are coming from. People push an eyesores off as something petty, but it's not. You own a piece of property on the street too, so people should have the courtesy to upkeep theirs as well. I wish the best for you...Good luck & God bless.
