Do cockroaches shed their skin.and do they look white in colour after shedding?

Question:

Answers:
yep!! they do but it's gross. They shed there exoskeletons.
Also, if you step on one and kill it they send out a smell-like signal that tells the other cockroackes in the area to produce 1,000 times faster.

I'm not kidding

I never ever heard of cockroaches shedding their skin, but termites are white. I don't think they get as big as cockroaches though. Maybe its an entirely different insect.?
Not sure about cockroaches, we don't have them here, but could be silverfish.
Never heard of it. Maybe subterranean termites?
