Question:I want to run 400 watt mh lights for my plants. I live in ny and i dont know how much the lights are going to add to my electric bill. Anyone who knows about the situation PLEASE HELP!!!!

Very simple, call your local power company and ask them how much that light bulb would cost you if it is run for 1 hour. You can do the rest of the math and dont have to tell them that you are growing MJ in your closet.
Does your apt have sheetrock walls??divisionary??All i can say is if you are fortunate enough to live "in the middle" no one will notice the increase...as you will only be adding 1/2 as much to both of your bills...Best I could come up w/ at such short notice.Just B CAREFUL!!And ENJOY!!
all that hassle lol i tried it yrs ago..lighting, ventilation, feeding the smell, and the freakiness of seeing all ur plants hav turned from female to male lmao..just go buy some and forget bout growing..leave that to others that will eventually get caught!!
