Name this tiller please.?

Question:I just purchased a front tine roto tiller at a yard sale. I need to identify it so I can order the parts it needs. It is red, with 4 tines in the front. The handles have a red and white plate on it with a single lever to actuate the tines. The throttle is a pull at the top of the plate between the handle bars. There is a identification plate on it, but no manufactures name.The plate reads such
