Question:Ok, I am so freaked out right now... I know there was only two spiders in our bedroom, but there were 2 huge webs in our tree outside near the window... I HATE SPIDERS!!! And now I can't sleep...
Are they here because of our roof being redone last week?? I haven't seen any inside until now, but there have been lots of webs outside lately all over the place.
Does anyone hates spiders as much as me?? How do I get to sleep?? And how can I get rid of them?
I am so terrified that ones is gonna end up in our bed and bite me. I have always had a fear of them!! HELP!!!
Answers:
Most spiders that build webs are not dangerous. Hope you don't get the creeps from seeing them. But this may help http://www.termite.com/spider-identifica...

scary -.-
Are you sure it wasn't a caterpillar nest? I've never seen a spiders web that big. I ususall sleep somewhere else if something bad happens in my room. Good luck :)
I know how you feel. I don't like spiders, either. I will have to have someone else kill one for me unless I am by myself with my small children. Then, and only then, can I find the courage to squash one, if they are too near one of my babies.
This website has a lot of information on spiders and claims to help people over come their fears. Below is a snippet about getting rid of spiders.

Q. How do I get rid of spiders without using pesticides?
A. 1. Eliminate or shield outdoor lights or bright indoor lights that attract flying insects.
2. Trim weeds around the building foundation and remove debris to discourage insects and spiders from living next to a structure.
3. Seal openings and install screens and door sweeps to prevent spiders from moving indoors.
4. Use a vacuum to remove webs, spiders and egg sacs.
