Now, to answer the question.
There are various methods that can be used to rid your house of insects and pests. The methods may be to caulk and seal up the gap around your windows, garage door seals, etc. Yes, some of the methods include the use of chemicals. Chemicals that are safer today than years ago.
These products can be used inside or outside. The products would generally be applied to the exterior of the home to prevent any invasion or pest intruders.
they spray ****
with harmful chemicals that the bugs hate
With poison. They spray it all around. I don't think it's a good idea unless you have a huge bug problem.
They spray. Or if you don't have bugs... like if you have small animals they set traps.. But if its just bugs they spray. Sometimes the chemical wont kill the but at first but the bug will take it back to its colony of bugs and then it will act like a disease and kill the colony!
They might spray poison or traps... they say it's safe for humans, but you better leave for a day, depending on what they'll do.
Well, they can even de-bug your house... the point is that they don't de-bug your NEIGHBOR's house! If your neighbor don't do the same, your bugs will go to your neighbor's and then will infest YOUR house again!! It happened in our beach house. We had termites there, they moved to the next house and then came back to our house.
If you call them, you should talk to your neighbors before and have all houses cleaned at once. *** TIP: if you do it in different days, you should be the last one having it, 'cause sometimes bugs like cockroaches escape alive and run to the next door! If you're the last one having exterminators at home, they'll get rid of all insects...
