My family uses mountain lion pee that they buy at a nursery. You can buy different kinds of urine from predators. The mountain lion pee that we use keeps the deer out of our yard. It smells terrible going on, but that fades for us, and the deer hate it. You can try coyote, fox, bobcat, mountain lion and wolf I think.
radio shack had these little motion detectors for about $18, they worked on a 9v like a smoke detector, and would make a nice racket when anything moved across its "eye" I think this would work well to scare away rabbits, but you might want to think twice about the skunks
I would build a fence around your garden with chicken wire about 2-3 ft tall should keep most of them out. I am not aware of any rabbit and skunk repellants on the market today.
cayene pepper works great, so does blood miel they hate the smell of it. the only downfall to this is when it rains you have to re-apply
moth balls work ok as well
You can get some lion droppings or smilier, Think zoo sell them for this reason. I've seen it work on rabbits with ferret poo.
