Any ideas on how to "unbend" a bent tupperware lid that was bent in the dishwasher?
Question:I washed my mom's tupperware lid on the bottom rack of the dishwasher and now it's warped/bent and won't stay on the bowl. This is an older style tupperware bowl that has the lids that have grooves radiating out from the center. I've tried bending it back, laying something heavy on it. It'll stay on for a little while, but eventually pops open again.

You are going to have to get it heated up again. Put it in some really hot water (like the dish washer), only this time take it out early and put it on the counter top with a glass pan over it to weigh it down.
If the re-heating, then flattening, doesn't work - Tupperware has a life time guarantee!
Tupperware is guaranteed for life, find an agent in your area, they should replace it free of charge. If you find that they won't do this for you, take a blow dryer, place it on high heat, and reheat the lid, or place the lid in a sunny spot and let the heat from the sun re-shape the lid.
If it's an older piece of Tupperware (from before 1979) then you are going to have to purchase your mom a new lid. If it's after that, which it probably is then you can have it replaced by someone. Go to www.tupperware.com and do a search for your local area.
You can try the heating thing, but truthfully it probably won't seal correctly and your mom will know.
