How can I get rid of a skunk living under a shed in my yard?

Talk to the local humane society as they can recommend someone who will come and trap it and then release it out in the woods somewhere.
My parents had baby skunks in their garage so that is what they had to do. It worked well and the skunks don't get hurt or killed, which I appreciated.
