What are some fire-proof materials that would be fit to build a house?

Question:

Answers:
There's no such thing as a fireproof house.

fire resistant... OK.

There's modern fire resistant drywall, steel studs and concrete. But if you paint the place and put in carpet... it can burn.

If you get asbestos hot enough it'll burn too... Its just hard to get things that hot.

A full brick house on a concrete slab, metal door jambs, fire rated doors, flat concrete roof covered in pebbles for looks.
Non combustible lumber is available. It's pricey though.
Research the ramifications or using this chemically treated lumber in a residential dwelling.
It may not be allowed in your area anyway.
