Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, but spring and fall you can't be outside in a short-sleeved shirt. It's awful, and the bites are painful. Yep! I learned the hard way in Savannah Ga. The only thing you can do is mix Avon Skin so Soft 50/50 with water in a spray bottle. They won't bite no more and you'll smell MARVELOUS!
