How to get rid of red ants from house?

Question:how to find and get rid of small red ants from house that I have found in the bathroom and kitchen. I have set ant traps out (6) and still see them.

home depot sells Ant poison, it's like granules that you spread around the foundation of your house..you can put it inside in unnoticable places, it really works. just be careful an read directions if you have other pets...
