How much does it cost for a house in a rental program to be cleaned weekly for renters?
Question:I have a few cottages to clean, so I was wondering what the charge was weekly for a cottage in a rental company to get their houses cleaned weekly for the next guests.

Depends on where you live and/or work..different markets drive prices in different ways...
I would have a CONTRACT for the party that you are cleaning for to SIGN and DATE...stating how much you will get paid, when, how and what would happen should you find damage to the premises (that they could blame on YOU and not the tenant!)...
In my area in NC, it runs about $45 an hour...
It would depend on what you end up having to clean. If it's a nice place, where guests actually act as guests, then an hour should do per cottage and you can figure out how much you think your hour is worth.
ON THE OTHER HAND: If it's a place where the "guests" party hard and leave an outrageous mess, it could take a lot longer and you'd have to adapt your pricing for it.
