Why? Go to a servicing lawnmower dealer and ask for a used mower. Depending up on features, anywhere from $20 to $200. The bonus is that the dealer can fix it if something goes wrong.

Did you post to craigs list. you could find a mower push or otherwise for free / cheap if you live in San Diego I got one you can have for free because they suck my wife bought it. I used it for 5 minutes it gave me blisters I bought a gas mower

Why bother with a pawn shop.Advertise in your local paper,you might get something good and cheap.
Possibly under $100.00, you can also bargain with the shop and get a better deal.

Gas mower around $25 to $50 . Check out some yard sales in you,r local paper. Make sure you start it up and see how easy it is to start , and how good it sound,s after starting .
