I was cleaning in the backyard when i noticed several red bugs coming out of the cracked wood millions?

Question:of them from babies to big ones. They were along side some back ones with wings with a small reddidh orange stripe. Any ideal what the heck they were.

Box Elder bugs, they cover my house at some times of the year. They are gross but don't do anything. To kill them you can spray them with dishsoap water....
