How do I get rid of trapped dust?

Question:i have an a.c where the window should be,
so i cant open the window.
my room is really dusty, and i dont know why,
so im guessing its dust thats trapped.
how do i get rid of this??

Sounds like you need to give your room a good cleaning. Strip the room of everything washable (bed linens, curtains, pillows)and put them in the washer while you're cleaning, then vacuum(including your bed and any upholstered chairs, couch), use a slightly damp rag (a washcloth will do) and wipe the dust off the furniture, light fixtures, fans, and the A/C unit in the window. If the walls appear to be dusty or dirty you need to clean them as well. As you clean you may notice other things that I haven't mentioned, so go ahead and clean them while you're at it.

When you are satisfied that the room is as clean as you can get it, put the curtains, pillows and bed linens back in place. You should notice a big difference in the dust in your room.

Just vacuuming, dusting, and washing your bed linens weekly will help keep the dust manageable.
