Im thinking about moving but i dont want to jump the gun to soon if this can be handled

Answers:
For the exterminator to do any good for you, they have to spray all the adjacent apartments. boric acid would keep them away if you could place it along all the baseboards and under the cabinets. And you could try some of those little roach motels for inside your cubbards. Apartments are hard to keep roaches out of. Once they infest, they are there. Good luck!

Bomb each room with a fogger can.
Go to a Chinese grocery store and buy Chinese chalk. Put the chalk all around your front door and any where else you think the roaches are coming in. They will not cross the chalk line if it is solid. I would advise you do this about once a month. It really works and is very cheap.
