Yellow leaves with black spots on rose bushes?
Question:Any home remedies or store bought stuff to prevent this problem or slow it down, the roses are beautiful this year and we got so much rain this passed month (texas) and after the rain i noticed the leaves. Thanks and have a good weekend

what you have is a disease called black spot because of all the rain you have had . I went last yr to home depot and got some insectiside to spray on them . Go to lowes or home depot and they will be glad to help you .
could be mites or red spiders real small a light dose of sevin would maybe help
this is a very common problem in roses. try any pesticides specially for roses available in market.
If you really want to make sure what you are dealing with, take a leaf or two to your nearby nursery. They will be able to tell you if it is a disease or a mite problem and they can suggest different products depending on their diagnosis.

It may not be a bug at all...
Make sure that when you water the roses, you do not get any water on the leaves, especially overnight. This black spot is actually a fungus, I believe, that grows when the leaves get wet.
To get rid of it, you have to pluck the leaves off of the plant and throw them in the garbage. DO NOT compost them or leave them on the ground.
