Yes. Yes, I believe so because we built our fence to keep our dog on our property. Oh, heavens no. The guy who pumps the septic hit one of the gate posts and messed it up pretty bad, but a car has never run through it. Not too much fun, but I would think homeowners or driver's car insurance would cover it.
