Not only it is not legal, it is not ethical and moral too. Why do they bug you? Are you emitting a chemical which attracts them to you? If so, you can wear a different perfume to mask the smell. And start thinking positively. Speak in your mind to them and tell them to be friends but from a distance. They will understand and will leave you alone.

I heard that the pigeons don't like you as well, and they are forming in 5 pigeon groups and getting organized.
They have been in contact with malitia groups to aquire guns and ammo, and RPG to wipe your silly little pimple face off the earth.

Dude you need help, im with you there annoying, pooping gray birds are very aggravating but you cant go on a rampage and kill these helpless creatures. Besides these birds help out the enviroment,they eat crickets. Yay!
you can prevent pidgeons landing on your roof by having someone put some spiky things on the edges of your roof.
they have a pigeon shoot in hegins pa. every year . go vent your anger there...tree rats...
