Going up and down steps in a wheel chair is very difficult and should be handled by another person.

Trying to get into a wheel chair without the wheels locked can cause the chair to slide away resulting in the person falling.

Wheel chairs should not be used as a "toy", such as trying to balance the chair with the foot rests in the air. My son tried this and almost fell backwards.
