I need to know what kind of plant I am growing and what uses it might have?

Question:Desperate for a use for my land to make money. It looks like bamboo but has broad leaves. It grows tall and gets very hard when it dries out. Is it rattan, wicker or a breed of bamboo.

The page was unavailable but I suspect it is Japanese Knotweed, a highly invasive species that has little practical value beyond kindling.
This stuff is a nightmare to get rid of and it'll just keep expanding its range.
Your better off removing it. The best results I've had are COMPLETELY covering the area plus 6 feet beyond, (as its rhizomes are tenacious), with agricultural paper and leaving it for 4 years.
