How can I get a possum out of my son;s bedroom? It is trapped in there somewhere but I don't know where! Help!

Hi, I wouldn't even try to touch that animal. You need to contact someone with pet control expertise come out and remove it.

Feisty little critters, aren't they? And sharp, nasty teeth, too. Oh my! I assume that you've shut the door to trap it, but that begs the question of how it got in there in the first place. Pet door, maybe? Or otherwise, there is a hidden entranc somewhere, and you'd do well to find THAT.

OK, until animal control gets there, you can provide an escape route if a window is near ground level (1st story). Put a ramp up to the window sill inside the bedroom -and one going down to ther ground outside. That may be enough to make it go away. Do NOT challenge the animal -helluva bite.

Otherwise, its all about animal control.
